Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (like your browser's local storage) used on the ClearOut Crew Junk Removal website. We keep these to a minimum.

Customers don't have accounts or login cookies

You never sign in to request a quote, so the public website does not set login or session cookies for visitors.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• Cookie preference (cc_consent_v1, browser local storage): remembers your cookie choices, if optional cookies are offered. Kept until you clear your browser data.
• Ad campaign tags (cc_utm, cc_landing, cc_ref, browser session storage): remembers the campaign tags in the link you followed, your first page, and the referring site name, so they can be attached to a quote you submit. Deleted when you close the tab and never shared with advertisers.
• Owner dashboard sign-in (sb-… cookies): used only on the private dashboard by the business owners. Visitors to the public site never receive these.
• Our hosting provider may set technical cookies or use similar mechanisms needed for security and to deliver the site.

Analytics and advertising (optional)

With your consent only, we use:

• Meta Pixel (_fbp cookie, up to 90 days) to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to quote requests.

These tools stay off until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. When a quote is submitted, we only tell them that a quote request happened. We never send your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, description, or photos.

Bot protection

To block spam, the quote form uses hidden checks and limits on repeated submissions. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile, it may process technical signals from your browser for the sole purpose of telling people and bots apart.

Change your choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time: Cookie Settings. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
