Quote requests

• Submitting a quote request is free and does not obligate you to hire us.
• A quote request does not guarantee a price, an appointment, or that we will accept the job. This includes requests from ZIP codes that may be outside our service area.
• Quotes are based on the photos and information you provide. If what we find on site is different (for example more items, heavier items, or harder access), the price may change, and we will discuss any change with you before doing the work.
• Any job is subject to scheduling availability and to the terms we agree with you when you book.

Items we don't accept

We don't handle the following, and you agree not to request them through this site:

• Hot tubs or spas
• Pianos, safes, or extremely heavy items
• Large amounts of concrete, brick, dirt, or rock
• Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, or other regulated materials
• Jobs requiring cranes, specialized lifting equipment, or demolition machinery
• Major demolition projects

Your submissions

You agree that the information and photos you submit are accurate, that you have the right to share them, and that they don't include unlawful content. You allow us to use your submission to review, quote, and perform the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. For example, don't submit spam or automated requests, upload malicious files, try to access areas you aren't authorized to use, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

Website content

The ClearOut Crew name, logo, and site content belong to ClearOut Crew Junk Removal. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission. We try to keep information on this site accurate but don't guarantee that it is complete or current.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
